Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Locations
Items available on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within the UK. We do not currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland or other international locations.
If a replacement is required due to a product being damaged or faulty, we will send a new item without delay, subject to availability.

2. Delivery Time
Our cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 3:00 PM GMT. We always make every effort to dispatch all orders received each day, but we cannot guarantee that orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Please note that these are estimates and are not a guarantee. Delivery times begin from the date of shipping, not the date of your order. Next-day delivery services are not guaranteed, and some deliveries may arrive the following business day.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 10 business days of the date of your order. A business day is defined as Monday to Friday, except for public holidays in the UK.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, your delivery location, the delivery method, and the items you ordered. Items may also be delivered in separate shipments.

3. Delivery Instructions
You can provide specific delivery instructions in the notes section during the checkout process.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. To determine your shipping cost, simply add the items you want to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. The total shipping charges will be displayed there before you complete your order.
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas or for particularly large or heavy items. Any such charges will be clearly shown at checkout.

5. Damaged Items in Transit
If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the delivery and ask the driver to return the package to us. If you have already accepted a delivery and then find damage, please take a photo of the damaged item and the delivery label.
