1. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Some products are non-returnable. These include, but are not limited to, custom-made items, special-order products, and products that have been used or installed.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jwbuildingsupplies.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. We will provide you with a returns authorisation number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of shipping.
